Other signs and symptoms of tension or stress in the body may include indigestion and spasms in the abdomen. There may also be lower back pain, aggravated by sitting or standing for long periods of time. Another common sign of body stress is sciatic pain down one or both legs and restless legs.

In a body stress release session the practitioner asses the body to find where stress has locked into the system. We then encourage the body to release it by applying a light and precise impulse to the affected area.

By releasing the stress from the body the nerves are able to communicate fully and the body can work to heal itself.
