Does your little one complain of pain in the legs? This is often called “growing pains” and is a sign of body stress in children. Some children suffer from bed wetting while still others constantly want to be picked up. For babies there may be difficulties suckling or latching on to the mother’s nipple. A difficult birthing process may often store a lot of stress in the neck area and the lower spinal column. This stress may cause babies to fidget, constantly cry for no apparent reason or suffer from colic.
Babies and children respond very well to body stress release often because the stress has not had a long time to lock into the different layers of muscle.
