Stress, in the form of chemical, mechanical, or emotional, is part of our daily lives. Our bodies are constantly adapting to these stresses. However when stress reaches to the point of overload the remaining tension can become locked into the body and needs to be released by the system. This can be done with Body Stress Release.

It is better to release the stress as and when it begins to accumulate in the body. So generally it is recommended that people come for a body stress assessment and maintenance sessions every month or so to avoid the tension locking into the muscles.

Each person is different.  Some people may need to come to BSR more often than others. Initially as one begins to undergo the process of Body Stress Release the body may still acquire stress overload quite easily and may need attention more frequently until stability is established and the body is not so easily susceptible to stress overload. Once this stage is reached the BSR appointments can be scheduled with larger intervals in-between.
